This Saturday is Relaxation Day! I feel pretty safe in saying that probably 100% of us have been under varying levels of stress with what’s going on in the world these days. Sounds like an amazing idea to try to spend at least part of the day relaxing, doesn’t it? Perhaps a little meditation, some time exercising or just being outdoors surrounded by nature. Your version could include some mindless tv, a face mask or a mani/pedi. However it works out, it will certainly be glorious!
